With nearly two decades experience in the fitness industry Rachel has trained the men and the mums, optimizing performance in Formula One pit teams and guiding post partum ladies back to their fitness peak. Rachel’s skills span commercial gyms and corporate facilities, individual training programmes and fun, effective group exercise classes. Rachel’s fad-free fitness values give clients a healthy respect for diet and nutrition and a long lasting new body too. Her approach will change habits and routines for life.
