The class is designed to raise your metabolism for longer, focusing on bodyweight exercises that are structured to give you a cardiovascular workout whilst you strengthen and tone, therefore increasing your body’s ability to burn fat. All of this plus core and flexibility training to complete the workout. Be prepared, this class will change your body shape. Open to all levels of ability!
